How does the process work?
- Choose a Concierge Membership or One-Time Consultation
- Complete a secure online intake and upload your records
- Submit payment online
- Your case is reviewed and your consultation scheduled
- Receive your written summary within 48–72 hours
What are the pricing options?
- Concierge Membership: $1600/year or $150/month
Includes up to 4 virtual visits, direct messaging, full record review, and priority access - One-Time Second Opinion: $300
Includes full record review, one 50-minute consultation, written summary, and one follow-up message
Do you accept insurance or Medicare?
AL Clinic is a direct-pay practice.
- We do not bill private insurance
- We are enrolled in Medicare and will submit required claims for covered services only
- Medicare Advantage plans are not accepted
- Superbills provided for out-of-network or international reimbursement upon request
